We already built up our own sales organization with 200 sales representatives as university students and led them successfully. Within seven years we managed a continuously and huge increase of our sales volume. Therefore we know from own experience how much success can be delivered to the team by motivation, optimal education and support using coaching. We did not only learn the meaning of these factors very quickly by practice, we still teach them in our seminars with enthusiasm. Since 1998 we train for companies from the energy sector , in mechanical engineering, the chemical industry and in the banking sector. In sales training we have both extensive experience in business-to-business (B2B)-Sales , as well as business-to-consumer (B2C)-Sales. We work with large corporations, medium-sized companies and small firms in long-term education programs or individual seminars.
